The new way to cheers with friends!! I am ‘hosting’ a virtual gathering so you can Venmo our bartenders to help them make ends meet during the shutdown.

Who is Tempranillo? Are they friends with Cabernet? Why are all sparkling wines not champagne?

Glenn is going to teach us some basic wine knowledge and answer all your questions about how to drink or what to pair with that random bottle of wine collecting dust. Glenn will also give us some tips about how to use wine in a cocktails.

Bar prep:

• Equipment

  • wine glass

  • wine key (or some other way to open a bottle… uh, get creative?)

• Wine… particularly that one you got as a gift, from that person, for that one thing… that you may re-gift because you don’t know what it is… but now you are stuck at home and running out of adult beverage options.

• All the questions you ever had about adult grape juice

Start logging on about 5 minutes prior to the start time (seems to take a few minutes to get settings right). Enable video chat for maximum effect! Come as you are… whatever time zone you may be in!
