SPECIAL HAPPY HOUR COLLABORATION WITH HHOC!
NOTE: This gathering is for women identifying BIPOC.
The new way to cheers with friends!! I am ‘hosting’ a virtual gathering so you can Venmo our bartenders to help them make ends meet during the shutdown. Bring a drink to toast with and have some banter as you would on a bar stool.
You can ALSO order snacks via the Caviar app from Verde Cocina! So, if you need some food with your margaritas, download the app and make an order before the Zoom starts.
Want to make margs with Adriana? Start your bar prep now, you’ll need:
Resposado Tequila
Agave syrup
Lime Juice
Tajin
ice
Start logging on about 5 minutes prior to the start time (seems to take a few minutes to get settings right). Enable video chat for maximum effect! Come as you are… whatever time zone you may be in!
Tip: Download the Zoom app to your phone or login on a computer with CHROME.

HEY BARTENDERS!
Wanna make some tips?
Let’s get some money in your tip jar! Or, would you like to ‘pool’ your tips and send them to a peer?
This is accessible to anyone with a mobile device or home computer or laptop (Zoom & Venmo apps are FREE). Each session lasts for 30 minutes - you (guest bartender) make a drink and tell guests about it… maybe answer some questions on what to do with what folks have in their home bars while we’re all staying in. Guests then send tips to you or your peer via Venmo app. Virtual happy hour guests often stay, chat and cheers longer than 30 minutes however guest bartender obligation is just for the first 30 minutes.
If you’re interested in being a virtual guest bartender, contact me via email at jenn@awecelebrations.com or slide into my DMs on Instagram @awepdx
AWE Productions is making no profits on these virtual events. All proceeds are Venmo'ed directly to service industry volunteering as virtual bartenders!
